The day includes continuing education, networking and fun afternoon activities for everyone. The morning starts with Battle of the Barristers - Reduce Your Legal Liability (pending 2CE). A panel of Vermont real estate attorneys are coming together to dive into the hottest real estate legal topics. Learn from a panel of the best real estate attorneys on the best practices in today’s extraordinary market. Get diverse perspectives from experienced attorneys and hear about relevant, tangible examples. Real-life applications are a great reminder of your legal duties and boundaries. Relevant topics to the current market and a consistent theme of risk mitigation will be discussed. After the morning presentation, lunch will be provided with ample time to network with Realtors® from all over the state. Afternoon optional activities including golf or an Adventure Race will add to the fun. We'll end the day gathering on the dock for refreshments! The Realtor Hoopla is an entertaining opportunity for Vermont Realtors® to gain knowledge, network with peers, and build business relationships – all in a beautiful lakeside setting.
