With the growing awareness of protected classes, Realtors® need to be aware of the laws regarding Fair Housing for Federal and State specific protected classes. This course is designed to create a better understanding of the history of Fair Housing, learn what rules are in place and what the ramifications are if Fair Housing is not recognized. This course will prepare those attending to navigate the risks of the Fair Housing Act and how to help those in the Federal Protected Classes.
