Designated Agency Best Practices

Although agencies in Vermont have had the ability to become a Designated Agency for a couple of years, there are gray areas that beg for clarity. During this class we’ll review the following:
When is a Mandatory Consumer Disclosure form presented? How must it be presented? When is it not required?
How do I Transition my Office from Traditional to Designated Agency?
If I choose Designated Agency for my firm, is there anything different that I must do regarding confidentiality of the clients?
If we are a Designated agency, how do teams work into the equation?
Plus, much more!!!
