Some of the topics include leadership and management skills, communication, and structuring business systems. There will be nightly reading assignments and a review of real estate math. To be eligible, you must already be a sales agent for at least 2 years. In order to receive the certificate and qualify to take the Broker Exam, a student must attend all 6 days of classes.
