NAR is celebrating 50 years of Fair Housing. This course will demonstrate what has happened historically with Fair Housing in America over the last 50 years. You will learn how to interpret the acts and laws that have defined what Fair Housing means to us today. Feel proud to see how NAR's Code of Ethics demonstrates the use of these laws and acts to increase professionalism and services to any person for reasons of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, national origin, sexual orientation, or gender identity.

With over 25 years in the industry, Georgia has been involved in a wide variety of real estate ventures.


In addition to residential sales, subdivision development, multi-unit apartments and on-site sales, over the years, she has taught real estate education from Alaska to New Jersey and lots of places in between.

Currently, Georgia is the NAR Smart Growth Advisory Board Chairman and helps oversee the national grant program She also is on the Idaho Real Estate Commission Education Committee.

Georgia is a past ldaho Realtor of the Year, past NAR Director for two terms, is a Golden R Pres. Circle Hall of Fame member and was nominated as an ldaho Business Review's Women of the Year Recipient in 2015.

On a personal level, she and her husband, Dave are travel buffs, always looking for a new adventure.
