Since founding the company, he has led his team to multiple appearances on the Boston Business Journal’s list of the Largest Selling Commercial Real Estate Brokerages in Massachusetts. He has participated in over 1,000 commercial real estate transactions. Jeremy has represented public and private clients such as Globus Medical, Reading Cooperative Bank, Taurus Investment Holdings, and the City of Gloucester, Massachusetts. Jeremy joined the CCIM Institute faculty in 2008 where he teaches Market Analysis for Commercial Real Estate and Advanced Investment Decision Making in Commercial Real Estate.
