DescriptionLocationInstructorsCancellation Policy This required 40-hour course prepares licensed sales agents to assume the responsibilities of real estate Brokerage by providing a thorough understanding of the industry and specific job functions of that designation. Topics include leadership and management skills, communication, and structuring business systems. The course includes nightly reading assignments and a review of real estate math. To be eligible to apply for your Broker's license, you must already be a sales agent for at least 2 years. However, you may take this class prior to reaching that two-year mark. To receive the certificate and qualify to take the Broker Exam, a student must attend all class days. Sales agents attending the full class will also receive 8 hours of CE from the VT. Real Estate Law Class. Each day will run from 8:30am - 5pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
