She is a public speaker and positive thought driver. Addie began her career as an appraiser and sales associate in 2005. Her experience in REO Dispositions helped catapult her business over the years, as she worked with small banks, Fannie Mae, HUD, and major lenders across the country. She regularly closed over 100 distressed property transactions a year during the darkest times in real estate. She ran a team, has worked as a solo agent and now is the broker owner of her real estate firm while still a selling practitioner. Addie brings vast experience with her as she works to educate fellow Realtors® across the country. Addie is a licensed Real Estate Instructor, and Realtor® Volunteer Extraordinaire serving the Residential Real Estate Council, National Association of Realtors® and Florida Realtors® as well as the Beverly Carter Foundation and the Women's Council of Realtors®.
