In this class you will learn:

-the Vermont and Federal Disclosure Requirements,

-identify the duties of real estate licensees to protect and educate customers and clients,

-inform customers and clients of their legal rights and duties,

-and understand the potential hazards of Lead in Housing.

Stephen is a State Certified instructor in his state of Rhode Island where he was a REALTOR and Broker in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut employing 100 agents in 6 offices.  He has served his Associations in many ways including, being State President, Statewide REALTOR of the year, sitting on the Board of Directors, and working as a continuing education instructor for the past 15 years.  Stephen brings years of experience and knowledge to the REALTORS including his 6 year job as a Cruise Director/Entertainer.
