This required 40-hour course prepares licensed sales agents to assume the responsibilities of real estate Brokerage by providing a thorough understanding of the industry and specific job functions of that designation. Topics include leadership and management skills, communication, and structuring business systems. The course includes nightly reading assignments and a review of real estate math.

To be eligible to apply for your Broker's license, you must already be a sales agent for at least 2 years. However, you may take this class prior to reaching that two-year mark.

To receive the certificate and qualify to take the Broker Exam, a student must attend all class days.

Sales agents attending the full class will also receive 8 hours of CE from the VT. Real Estate Law Class.

Each day will run from 8:30am - 5pm with a 30-minute lunch break.

Isabelle Perkins real estate career started after having worked in a corporate environment as part of site acquisition/ development, and multiple personal moves across the country and internationally.


Over the past 25+ years, Isabelle has been involved in the real estate industry as a professional in a variety of functions, from salesperson, to broker owner to instructor and course writer. Today, education is her full time activity, online and offline, leveraging her personal and professional experience, striving to bring relevant and researched material to participants in a “non-boring” way.

She strives in making the complex simple and the dry/ mandatory topics interesting and fun.

Because VAR reserved a seat in anticipation of your attendance, a fee equal to 15% of the original cost will be assessed for all cancellation or transfer requests received within 11-2 days of the course offering. No refund will be given to those who cancel within 2 days of the course offering. No-shows, i.e., individuals who did not sign in or out, who arrived late or left early, or who did not show up at all - for any reason - are ineligible for any refund or transfer.
