Her consulting career began as a software documentation and training consultant on Wall Street. Working with clients such as Lipper Analytical Services (now Reuters Company), The Associated Press, Goldman Sachs, Frito Lay, and Nabisco, she developed her passion for training and development against the backdrop of big business. In 2011, Caren launched an online application designed to help entrepreneurs develop fundamental success to achieve long-term success. During this time, she had the opportunity to work side-by-side with a top social media marketing firm in Boston. Connie Blatchford Connie has over 20 years in Marketing, Public Relations, Human Resources Management, and Event Planning. As the Marketing Manager for the J.K. Adams Company in Dorset, Vt. she was responsible for developing creative marketing strategies, marketing materials, and digital content to help build brand awareness and promote sales. Prior to joining J.K. Adams, she worked for the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College where she was a senior Program Manager responsible for planning and managing Tuck's custom Executive Education programs. She also has experience implementing websites, social media calendars, and email marketing campaigns and is active on Facebook, and Instagram representing various businesses and nonprofits throughout Southern Vermont.
