This class will provide you with a thorough understanding of the real estate industry and all of the ins and outs of being a licensed agent. As part of RE/MAX North Professionals in Colchester, VT for over 15 years, she acted as both a Realtor® and Team Strategist, and Managing Broker, while managing four offices. Jess consistently offers training to agents and support staff on a variety of technological applications such as Dotloop, Paragon, social media, lead-generation programs, contact management, and many others. She is a certified Dotloop instructor. In addition to leading training and education programs, she has assisted in creating and presenting courses for both Vermont and Florida regarding construction and home styles, along with commercial/investment real estate. VAR will happily provide a full refund or transfer for cancellation or transfer requests received up to 12 days prior to a course offering. Because VAR reserved a seat in anticipation of your attendance; a fee in the amount of 15% of the original cost will be assessed for all cancellation or transfer requests received within 11 - 2 days of the course offering. No refund will be given to those who cancel within 2 days of the course offering.
