DescriptionLocationInstructorsCancellation Policy This required 40-hour course prepares licensed sales agents to assume the responsibilities of real estate Brokerage by providing a thorough understanding of the industry and specific job functions of that designation. Some of the topics include leadership and management skills, communication, and structuring business systems. There will be nightly reading assignments and a review of real estate math. To be eligible to apply for your Broker's license, you must already be a sales agent for at least 2 years. However, you may take this class prior to reaching that two-year mark. In order to receive the certificate and qualify to take the Broker Exam, a student must attend all days of classes. Sales agents attending the full class will also receive 8 hours of CE from the VT. Jess consistently offers training to agents and support staff on a variety of technological applications such as Dotloop, Paragon, social media, lead-generation programs, contact management, and many others. She is a certified Dotloop instructor. In addition to leading training and education programs, she has assisted in creating and presenting courses for both Vermont and Florida regarding construction and home styles, along with commercial/investment real estate.
