Gudenau is the Vice President of National 1031 Exchange Services Manager, Comerica Bank Special Corporate Financial Services (SCFS) James joined Comerica in 2001 and assisted in the development and launch of the Bank's 1031 Exchange Services group in 2002 and has been running the group since 2004. Jim moved to the SCFS group in April of 2009 and now also leads the escrow services area of the bank. He is responsible for developing and expanding the Bank’s escrow portfolio and 1031 Exchange lines of business nationally. This includes 1031 Exchange educational presentations to law firms and accounting firms regarding the regulatory requirements of both forward and reverse exchanges.
