Nick Parent

With more than two decades of successful mortgage experience and over $1 billion in personal loan production, Nick has the knowledge and expertise to guide clients seamlessly through every step of the lending process. His approachable, personable style and commitment to exceptional service have earned him countless referrals from satisfied past clients. Nick ranks among the top 5% of loan originators nationwide and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Champlain College.

Kelly Deforge

Kelly, a Senior Mortgage Loan Originator has been in the mortgage business for 30 years. She is known in the industry as “the first time homebuyer expert” although she works with customers at any phase of their home purchasing process. Well educated in Conventional, VA, FHA, Rural Development, and VHFA financing, Kelly also handles construction loans for purchases or refinance situations. Kelly believes taking the time to sit down face to face with her customers and explaining each step of the mortgage transaction process leads to satisfied customers with positive closing results.

Casey Caforia

Casey Caforia is a Mortgage Banking Officer with Northfield Savings Bank. He works closely with homebuyers, Realtors, and community housing partners to help clients navigate the mortgage process from pre-approval to closing. Drawing on his knowledge of the local real estate market, Casey helps buyers understand financing options and develop strategies to achieve their homeownership goals.

Christine Corbett

Christine has been with NEFCU since 2006. Over those years she has worked in many areas of the Credit Union. Christine understands the complexity of buying a home and enjoys working with members to help them understand the mortgage process. She takes pride in providing the support that each member may need in order to achieve their homeownership goals.

Christine has called Essex her home since 1995. She and her husband are proud to raise their daughter and two sons in the Essex community. She is an avid football and baseball fan and enjoys the great outdoors. Her greatest joy comes from spending time with her family and her dogs.
