As part of RE/MAX North Professionals in Colchester, VT for over 15 years, she acted as both a Realtor® and Team Strategist, and Managing Broker, while managing four offices. Jess consistently offers training to agents and support staff on a variety of technological applications such as Dotloop, Paragon, social media, lead-generation programs, contact management, and many others. She is a certified Dotloop instructor. In addition to leading training and education programs, she has assisted in creating and presenting courses for both Vermont and Florida regarding construction and home styles, along with commercial/investment real estate.
