The purpose of this course will be to provide real estate agents with comprehensive knowledge of several different residential home renovation products available on the market today. The focus will be on the lower down payment renovation products currently available. These products allow home buyers to purchase and renovate homes at a reasonable price. This class will instruct you on the rules, target market, and programs available to buyers and sellers.

Matt Hemphill
Matt started in the mortgage industry as a Loan Officer in 1988 in Massachusetts. He entered into Sales Management in 1990. In 1996 Matt and his family moved to Vermont where he has lived and worked as a Loan Officer and Manager since.

Matt has helped thousands of people in New England and Vermont close home loans. Additionally he has given training presentations to Realtors and their clients on home mortgage lending to thousands of people across the State of Vermont.

Currently Matt is a Regional Manager for Homebridge Financial Services Inc, covering New England and upstate New York. Matt manages 13 branches in his territory with 5 currently in Vermont. Homebridge is the overall fourth largest independent mortgage lender in the country and far and away the largest home loan renovation lender in the United States.
