NAR mandated all REALTORS® must complete a Mandatory Ethics Training program on a Biennial Basis (every 2 years). The Cycle Six began January 1, 2019 and ends on December 31, 2020. This course will fulfill that requirement.

Peter West
Peter West has been a Realtor® since 1984. He is licensed in MA, NY, VT, and FL. Peter has been awarded the prestigious SEC designation from the Society of Exchange Counselors. He also has the CCIM, ABR, and CRS designations. No stranger to the business, Peter has worked in residential, commercial, appraisal, land, new home sales and as a mortgage originator. Currently he focuses on commercial/investment and development for his own behalf or for clients on a nationwide basis. Besides his real estate practice, he is the Vice President and partner of a modular building company, Modular Building Systems Inc. His approach with clients, whether real estate or construction, is based on a “counseling” model versus a sales approach. Peter is a former National Sales Trainer for Century 21 Real Estate Corp. Currently Peter trains real estate agents throughout all of North America. He is a frequent presenter of the National Association of Realtors buyer agency programs. In 2007, Peter was inducted into the Buyer Agent Hall of Fame. He is also a National Moderator for Commercial Equity marketing sessions. Peter is a popular and frequent presenter at state and national conventions. Locally Peter serves as the Vice-Chairman of the Adams, MA Zoning Board of Appreals. He is also a past two term Chairman of the Board of Directors for Berkshire Family and Individual Resources, an agency providing services for individuals with developmental disabilities.

VAR will happily provide a full refund or transfer for cancellation or transfer requests received up to 12 days prior to a course offering. Because VAR reserved a seat in anticipation of your attendance; a fee in the amount of 15% of the original cost will be assessed for all cancellation or transfer requests received within 11 – 2 days of the course offering. No refund will be given within 2 days of cancelling. No shows, i.e. individuals who did not sign in or out, who arrived late or left early or who did not show up at all – for any reason – are ineligible for any refund or transfer.
